As of September 1 new fees will be in effect and all vehicles will require a 12 month registration. All passenger and light truck vehicles 0 - 6000 lbs will be a set $62.75. Vehicles 6,001 - 10,000 lbs will be $66.00 Vehicles 10,001 - 18,000 lbs will be $122.00. For a complete break down list and/or explaination of the new fees please contact your local Tarrant County Tax Office.

If you haven't already heard, our own Tarrant County Tax Assessor Collector Betsy Price has thrown her hat into the Mayor's race in Ft. Worth. "After lots of discussion and prayer Tom and I have decided that this is the right thing to do. This is a wonderful city and we need strong leadership to continue the many good things that Mike Moncrief and the council have started. There are many issues to be addressed that will be difficult but working together they will be solved". I would like to ask all of you to support Betsy in her journey, either by backing her, hosting a fundraiser or volunteering with her campaign.
